Our “General Pest Control” service is the cornerstone of our treatment program. It involves a thorough inspection of the entire location to identify harborages, runs, feeding, and breeding areas of rodents, and cockroaches. A comprehensive treatment program follows up the inspection.

The prime target species, and the associated treatments are identified below. “Pest“ in this document are defined as all species of rodents, arthropods including but not limited to: Rats, Mice and Cockroaches.

Rodent Control (Rats and Mice)

A comprehensive program including various forms of rodenticide bait applications will be followed inside and outside the premises. Traps may also be used to supplement the baiting program. Locations are monitored regularly for effective control, and emergency treatment and measures will be applied as necessary.

Cockroaches

All exterior drain covers will be lifted and the drain ducts, sides and covers will have application of residual pesticide. An exterior floor / wall junctions will have pesticide application. An interior potential entry points and harborages will be treated with residual pesticide. Any crawling insects will be treated with pesticide application (except termites, which treatment is totally different and it will be done by drilling and injecting termiticides. Quotation will be different in general pest control.

Ants

Individual ant nests will be treated with powder or granular pesticide as well as spray treatment.

Flies, Mosquitoes and Airborne Insects

Total control of flying insects is very difficult to achieve owing to a variety of factors, primarily the inaccessibility of breeding sites plus wind speed and directions.

Bed Bugs

Most people have never seen a bedbug, and until recently, most people have never had a problem with bed bugs.
Although the Nursery Rhyme “Sleep tight, don’t like the bed bugs bite” – is familiar to many people, we still don’t expect to find bed bugs actually in our beds. They are easy to spread and difficult to treat, resulting in a rapid growth in the number of bed bug outbreaks. Many people still associate bed bugs with public places such as hotels or cinemas, not realizing they can be easily transported into your own home.
If you have bed bugs in your house, the only thing on your mind will be getting rid of them as quickly as possible. Bed bugs stay close to a food source, so are found where people tend to rest and sleep, hence the name bed bug. The frustration they can cause is not only due to the emotional stress of dealing with parasites, but also the irritation of their bites and the potential for secondary infection from constant scratching.
There has been a recent resurgence of bed bugs in homes biting people at night. It is widely thought that this is related to a global increase in international travel (bed bugs are known to travel in luggage or clothing).

Feral Animal control (wild dogs and cats)

Feral animals will be subjected to a program of trapping and or chemical control using the most humane methods possible.
